Dynamic Cell Association in HetNets using Semidefinite Programming

Abstract:

In this talk, we first give a small tutorial on semidefinite relaxation and randomization methods for solving binary quadratic problems. In a second part, we discuss how to apply this methodology to the problem of dynamic cell association and present a new analytical guarantee for the performance of the randomization method.
