PIROPA suite for radio wave propagation prediction

Abstract:

In this talk, I will give a brief overview of PIROPA and the tools coming alongside. From a user perspective I show the input required and the output acquired. Giving a better understanding of what the output is, I give an insight on how it is calculated. Showing a use case for PIROPA I will report on the ongoing work, embedding PIROPA into a semi-stochastic model for MIMO channels. Furthermore I will introduce the upcoming challenges on calibrating the parameters for the employed path loss model.
